Kim McQueen
Parish Administrator
Kim McQueen joined the staff as Parish Administrator in July of 2023, although she has been a parishioner of Trinity-by-the-Cove since 2019. Before joining Trinity, Kim spent most of her career in the dental industry supporting the administrative team in dental practices.
Dexter "Tripp" Kennedy
Director of Music
Dexter “Tripp” Kennedy began as Director of Music at Trinity-by-the-Cove as Director of Music in September 2021. Before coming to Naples, he worked for seven years as the Assistant Director of Music and Organist of Christ Church in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan.
Bob McQueen
Financial Administrator
Bob began his role as the Financial Administrator of Trinity-by-the-Cove in May of 2023 and thus failed at retirement. Bob was the co-owner and CFO of an Arby's franchisee that serviced Illinois and Iowa. Retirement began for Bob only 6 months prior to joining the administrative staff at Trinity.
Jonathan Barney
Associate Organist
Jonathan Barney relocated to Southwest Florida in May 2024 to enjoy a warmer climate after spending many years in Connecticut. His professional background includes having held various positions within the Office of the Mayor for the City of Danbury, where he developed expertise in public service and community engagement.
Julia Cizek
Children, Youth & Family Coordinator
Julia came to her role at Trinity-by-the-Cove in June of 2023. She grew up in Rogers Park, Chicago and raised her family in the northwest suburbs of Chicago before moving to Florida. She and her husband, Brian, have been full-time residents of Marco Island for six years and part-time residents for over 20 years.
Ann Hudon
Parish Life Coordinator
Ann started in the role of Parish Life Coordinator in April of 2023. She came to Naples as a full-time resident in 2017, seeking a meaningful church home, a book club, and new friendships. She found all three and more at Trinity by the Cove.
Chris Wainscott
Facilities Manager
Chris has been the Facilities Manager at Trinity-by-the-Cove since 2014. He grew up attending Trinity with his parents, and was an active member of the Youth Group.
