Staff

Kim McQueen joined the staff as Parish Administrator in July of 2023, although she has been a parishioner of Trinity-by-the-Cove since 2019.  Before joining Trinity, Kim spent most of her career in the dental industry supporting the administrative team in dental practices.  

Dexter “Tripp” Kennedy began as Director of Music at Trinity-by-the-Cove as Director of Music in September 2021. Before coming to Naples, he worked for seven years as the Assistant Director of Music and Organist of Christ Church in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. 

Julia came to her role at Trinity-by-the-Cove in June of 2023. She grew up in Rogers Park, Chicago and raised her family in the northwest suburbs of Chicago before moving to Florida. She and her husband, Brian, have been full-time residents of Marco Island for six years and part-time residents for over 20 years.

Ann started in the role of Parish Life Coordinator in April of 2023. She came to Naples as a full-time resident in 2017, seeking a meaningful church home, a book club, and new friendships. She found all three and more at Trinity by the Cove.

Terri joined the staff at Trinity-by-the-Cove as Ministry Assistant in July of 2025. She was raised in Virginia and North Carolina and earned her degree in Communications from Florida State University after attending Florida Southern College. Terri recently returned to Naples and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Trinity community while spending this season of life close to her mother.
