Terri DiChito joined the staff at Trinity-by-the-Cove as Ministry Assistant in July, 2025, bringing with her more than twenty years of experience supporting executives, teams, and mission-driven organizations. Her career has spanned higher education, real estate, technology, and nonprofit communications, with a consistent focus on creating structure, improving communication, and serving with care and professionalism. Terri is known for her ability to bring calm to busy environments and help others do their best work.
Raised in Virginia and North Carolina, Terri earned her degree in Communications from Florida State University after attending Florida Southern College in Lakeland. She is grateful to now call Naples home and especially values the opportunity to spend this season of life close to her mother.

There’s a genuine sense of community here. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warmth and kindness of the people. I’m honored to support a place that values connection, service, and meaningful relationships.

Supporting others has always been at the heart of the work I enjoy most. Whether it’s organizing details behind the scenes or lending a helping hand in the day-to-day, I find purpose in being of service—and I’m grateful to do that in such a welcoming and thoughtful environment.
