Kim McQueen
Parish Administrator
Kim McQueen joined the staff as Parish Administrator in July of 2023, although she has been a parishioner of Trinity-by-the-Cove since 2019. Before joining Trinity, Kim spent most of her career in the dental industry supporting the administrative team in dental practices. Her background in operations, project management and event planning combined with her love of Trinity-by-the-Cove made the move to Parish Administrator an obvious choice. Kim was born and raised in Illinois and she and her husband moved to Naples full-time in 2020. She and her husband Bob have two daughters, Heidi and Lauren and two grandchildren, Dakota and Austin.
What excites you about Trinity-by-the-Cove?
The first thing that drew us to Trinity-by-the-Cove was the simple beauty of the church. However, it wasn't long before we felt totally at home participating in the ever familiar and beautiful liturgy. I love seeing how God is truly at work here in this place within this parish family.
What excites you about ministry?
As Parish Administrator overseeing the operations of Trinity-by-the-Cove, I'm fortunate to work with so many wonderful people. In my role I work with everything from Baptisms to Funerals, landscaping to hurricane restoration and all things in between. I'm humbled to be a source of comfort where I can, and I delight in celebrating the blessings as parishioners lives grow and change.
