FORMATION

Growing In Christ: Mind, Heart, and Life

At Trinity-by-the-Cove, formation is a lifelong journey. We learn the faith, deepen our prayer life, share life in community, and serve our neighbors, allowing Christ to be formed in us. Explore our formation offerings for every age and stage below, and discover ways to grow in faith, connection, and service.
ADULT FORMATION
Sunday forums, short courses, quiet days, and seasonal studies invite adults to explore faith, and deepen their discipleship. Whether you’re new to the Episcopal faith or a lifelong member, there is a welcoming place here to grow in your journey with Christ.
PRAY EAT GROW
Join us Thursday evenings for a midweek pause to re-center and grow in faith. Begin with choral evensong, enjoy a delicious meal, and participate in engaging adult formation. Come for the whole evening or just part—share fellowship and experience the joy of Christian community.
WEEKLY BIBLE STUDIES
Weekday groups, gather to study Scripture, pray, and share meaningful conversation. No prior experience is needed, and you can join at any time. Each group offers a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect with others as you grow in faith together.
Children & Youth
From nursery care to children’s formation, youth gatherings, and service projects our youngest parishioners are welcomed as full members of the Body of Christ. They learn, play, pray, and grow together—discovering faith, friendship, and love for God and neighbor.
FAITH SEEKING JOURNEY
A year-long journey of prayer, learning, and community for adults discerning—or renewing—baptism, confirmation, or reception. Walk alongside companions, explore the creed and sacraments, and create a simple rule of life to guide your spiritual growth.
